Return & Exchange Policy – Hairly

At Hairly, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Please note:
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items without original packaging or missing tags/seals

  • Products returned after the 3-day window


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using trusted couriers such as TCS or Leopards Courier Services for secure return delivery.

  • Please pack the item securely to avoid any damage in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, based on your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.


5. Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange a product, mention the new item you'd like during your return request.

  • Exchanges are processed only after we receive and verify the original item.

  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer alternatives or store credit.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
