Return & Exchange Policy for Hairly

At Hairly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Please note:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used haircare products, opened packaging, or custom orders, unless the item is faulty.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

  • Returns must be shipped using a reliable courier. We recommend TCS or Leopards for a smooth return process.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit or bank transfer, based on your preference.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll contact you for an alternative or provide store credit.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery
