At Hairly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Please note:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used haircare products, opened packaging, or custom orders, unless the item is faulty.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

Returns must be shipped using a reliable courier. We recommend TCS or Leopards for a smooth return process.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit or bank transfer, based on your preference.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll contact you for an alternative or provide store credit.
